The skid steer, mini excavator, and dump truck are positioned for the most efficient access to the structure. On tight residential lots near Fayetteville or Ardmore where neighboring structures are close, careful staging and sequenced equipment movement matter. The work area is marked to protect adjacent landscaping, utilities, and structures outside the demolition scope.
The structure is broken down systematically — from the roof and upper floors down toward the foundation — using the mini excavator or skid steer with a demolition bucket. Working top-down prevents material from blocking equipment access and keeps the work zone organized. Heavy concrete or block elements are broken into manageable pieces for efficient loading.
All demolished material is loaded directly into the dump truck and hauled off-site for proper disposal. MBP does not leave debris piles on the property. For larger structures, this step may require multiple loads — all are handled as part of the job. The foundation slab or block walls can be removed as part of the scope or left in place if a new foundation will be installed in the same footprint.
After demolition and hauling are complete, the site is graded level, filled where the foundation was removed, and left in a clean, stable condition.
